This agreement applies to digital content purchased through the Dwayne Powers Store. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as a final legal form.
You are purchasing access to the specific digital video, image, bundle, course, template, or other digital item identified in your order. Unless a product page states otherwise, the purchase provides a license to use the item and does not transfer copyright ownership.
After verified payment, DPN Creatives grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and privately view or use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is limited to the account holder and cannot be sold, assigned, sublicensed, or shared.
You may not copy beyond ordinary technical copies or downloads expressly provided by the Store, share, upload, repost, stream publicly, sell, rent, license, distribute, or use purchased content in advertising, pornography production, social-media promotion, commercial work, or any public performance without a separate written license. Do not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or technical protections.
Keep your Store account secure. We may limit concurrent access, investigate suspected sharing or fraud, and suspend or revoke access after a verified refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or material breach. A payment success page does not replace verified fulfillment.
Digital access is normally made available through the Store account after payment verification. Contact us promptly if the purchased item is missing, inaccessible, or materially defective. We may repair access, provide a reasonable replacement, or issue a refund where appropriate and legally required.
Refunds are governed by the product offer, the Website and Store Terms, and applicable law. If your jurisdiction requires specific consent before immediate digital delivery or limits the right to withdraw after delivery begins, the checkout process and confirmation will provide the applicable notice and consent request.
This agreement does not grant commercial, advertising, editorial, resale, broadcast, merchandising, exclusivity, or client-use rights. Those rights require a separate written Content Usage License.
This agreement supplements the Website and Store Terms & Conditions. If the documents conflict, the more specific written product or client agreement controls for that transaction, subject to mandatory law.
